1/4cMayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
1 Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped
1 1/2tsRed Chiles; Ground
1/4tsSalt
  Pepper; Dash of

* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned. ~------------------------------------------------------ ~----------------- Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
